I know OCD from both sides.
Clinician, author, and someone who lives with OCD. I turn what the research knows about anxiety and OCD into something families can actually use — in three books, on stage, and in print.

About Natalia
I am Natalia Aíza, MA, LPC — an OCD and anxiety specialist, author, and the founder of Kairos Wellness Collective in Louisville, Colorado.
I have lived with OCD myself, and I have spent my career helping individuals and families understand how anxiety, avoidance, reassurance, and accommodation quietly take over a life.
That double view shapes everything I write. I bring empathy to the fear OCD creates, and I am stubborn about the fact that these patterns can change.
